SHIPPING POLICY
Where Do We Ship?
State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or APR/FPO addresses. Some states restrict the amount a consumer can have shipped from a winery.
We currently do not ship to the following States: AL, HI, VT, NH, NY, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD and DC

How do we ship & how long will it take to get to me?
We ship FED EX, UPS or GSO. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be charged and processed, plus the estimated shipping time frame for the shipping method chosen.
How much is shipping?
Buy twelve or more bottles and standard shipping is included in the price. If you buy less than twelve bottles we will charge a shipping flat rate of $20.00 for up to 4 bottles, $30 for up to 8 bottles, and $40 for up to 11 bottles. If you need it sooner, an extra $50.00 will be applied to your shipping cost for express shipping.

Information You Provide Us
In several areas, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an online form. Following is a list of the information we request, arranged by site location, and details on how we use this information.
Checkout
We ask for your name, address and contact information so we can send you your order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment.

When you visit and browse our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us.
How We Use Email
After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information.
Newsletter / Mailing List
We send our Newsletter, our email update on sales, products and wine information, to subscribers only. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the email. We do not sell or share email addresses with other companies. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. Credit Card Information
We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies. For both privacy and security purposes, all transactional information communicated between customers and our Web site is transmitted in an encrypted format, and all credit card information is deleted from our servers immediately after card authorization.
