At Fiftyrow we focus on single vineyard wines from the Napa Valley and the surrounding area.
We search out the best vineyards that are sustainably grown and combine that with a great
winemaking team to bring you high quality, handcrafted, small production wine
2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
Alice Block, Rutherford, Napa Valley
Cassis, Black Fruits, Graphite, and Chocolate
The 2018 vintage of the Alice Block has produced a Cabernet that is very Bordeaux like without losing the signature “Rutherford dust” profile. On the nose a ton of wild berry fruits, notes of lavender, violet, crème brûlée, allspice and pepper. On the palate, cassis, black fruits, graphite, and chocolate for a rich, deep complexity. The tannins finish with a cocoa powder and mineral texture, ending in a lengthy finish.
2018 Petite Sirah
Silver Dollar Vineyard, Napa Valley
Blackberry, Raisin Swirl Bread, and Chocolate
92+pts Drink the Bottles
This Petite Sirah delivers power and juicy purple fruits atop a toasty background of well-executed oak. Black violet color. Flavors of ripe blackberry, raisin swirl bread, violet, spicy radish, dark chocolate, dried mint with a tannic, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity full body and a warming finish
Wheelhouse Vineyard, Suisun Valley
Rich Layers of Dark Fruits, Chocolate, and Graphite
Our 2020 Charbono is a full-bodied wine with rich layers of dark fruits, chocolate, graphite, and a natural acidity that ends in a long finish with super fine tannins. It is a mouthful of wine without the big tannins - think of it as Cabernet meets Pinot Noir. A beautifully balanced wine that can be paired with a wide variety of food.
Moon Vineyard, Napa Valley
Blueberry, Blackberry, hints of Cardamom, Anise and other Exotic Spices.
The Moon Vineyard lies in the southern part of the Napa Valley. Until recently, this fruit was purchased by one of the iconic names in Napa Merlot. We were able to pry some of this fruit from Jim Moon to make our inaugural Merlot. This is a big Merlot with elegant tannins that provide structure and will help this wine age gracefully.
2020 Valdiguié Old Vine Rosé
Rodriguez Vineyard, Suisun Valley
Berries, Stone Fruit, Watermelon
Our Rosé comes from the Rodriguez vineyard and its over 55-year-old vines. Valdiguié produces dark colored wines that are low in alcohol. In our second vintage from this great vineyard, we did 40% whole cluster fermentation, which added character, layers and structure to the wine.
